Excellent customer service. The food was hot and tasty. Someone even came by the tables to see how everyone was doing. We'll be back.

It's a great place here! Although the staff is very pleasant, the atmosphere is relaxed and calm. You can tell they are knowledgeable and that the satisfaction of their consumers is their top priority. The food is decent and definitely worth the money. Ishita, one of their staff members, is extremely fantastic and goes above and beyond to assist you.

Fast/Great Service! Went for the first time and haven’t stopped loving it! Would really recommend to anyone to hasn’t tried or visited the place yet! Employees welcome you as you enter the door, chickens always fresh and always have everything in stock every visit. This restaurant is the definition of a Great fast food restaurant!

We got a 20 piece family meal. 20 PCs of chicken, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits. It was around 37 bucks. The chicken was very hot and tasty. The coleslaw had apple in it which was nice, and the fries were good.

I come here often and recently I was asked by the staff to leave a review, so here it is! The food was freshly made! I have 2 issues with this location every time I visit! First, there's almost never spicy chicken available, and every time I ask for spicy chicken I have to wait for 15-20 mins! I am not sure why can't they make spicy chicken in advance based on the amount of orders they get every day!The other issue is the bitter after taste I get with their chicken. I never get that with any other fried chicken brand except this one! Not sure if this is site-specific or just all Popeyes have the same problem. Other than that staff is fine and polite.

New ReviewDecember 16th 2022Washroom access is available, fountain drink refill available, chicken is fresh. Some hick-up for spicy/ mild chicken but Rish has helped to make it right. Please see photo 2~4 for food quality. Dining experience is much improved. Will come back for further review.August 12 2022. Terrible experience!! 1. Locked washroom, employee refuse to open it. 2. No Refill on fountain drink. 3. Old and dry and small chicken (see photo). 4. Buns are old and cold. 5. Fries and Coleslaw are fresh (1 star).I had wonderful experience at their Penticton location this give it a try, but ridiculously disappointed. I will try their location at Fraser Way this week and review.
