Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Worst rental experience ever!Insurance paid and set up our rental. Enterprise didn’t hold the booking, and had the nerve to accuse the body shop in Cochrane for not dealing with it, and then accused us for not having coverage. Essentially they were trying to blame anyone they could, rather than take responsibility for their mistake. What actually happened was that they gave away our booking. Extremely rude unprofessional on the phone. We now have to drive into Calgary to a different location. Would never recommend them.

Worst rental place I've dealt with. They are lacking staff I guess but I've been calling for 2 hours straight with no answer. It's like this everytime I call this place. I can't understand why they can't hire more people so they can actually answer phone calls and inquiries.

Disgusting service ever!!! I used this company because I had a car accident and my insurance provided a car rental from them. The car was broken after 5 days, but they blamed me for stealing car parts. All my attempts to talk to them are failing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I hit a deer on my way from Canmore to work at an industrial site 15 mins out of Cochrane and required a rental. Enterprise closed at 5pm but because of the nature of my job I could not leave the site until 6 pm to pick it up. Although they can sometimes help out and deliver a vehicle a short distance, Enterprise was too busy with returning vehicles that day.I had considered every scenario including limping my vehicle back to Canmore but decided that was just too unsafe.I was not having a great day. Then Kevin offers to bring the vehicle out to me after his shift was over! He was done at 5 and had my rental out at my worksite ( not your typical street address) by just before I was off work at 6, helped me load my belongings into the rental, drove me to Enterprise in Cochrane and completed the walk around/paperwork etc. Basically he stayed 1 1/2 hrs past his shift end. I repeatedly tried to offer him a gratuity for this and he repeatedly refused saying he was glad to help as it sounded like I was having a bad day. I can't tell you how this kind act turned my day around. Hang onto this one, Enterprise ! :)

Vehicle given has electrical issues. Touch screen head unit won't work intermittently, spoke with the manager and she was rude and not apologetic. She blamed me and said well it worked fine when we gave it to you" even though that was 10 minutes prior.Abysmal service from the manager Shyla."

I always have great service here. Everyone is very accommodating and professional, and I’ve never had any issues renting a vehicle here. Will be renting again!

Hit a deer with my truck insurance set up a rental through these guys, Kevin was there when I picked up and dropped off, was wonderful to deal with quick fast service no hassles, would recommend to anyone

Excellent customer service from Tara P this week, thank you! They are quite difficult to reach by phone due to limited staff, but once we got through Tara was more then helpful.
