I’ve had a really nice experience purchasing my frames. It was easy, the customer service were super nice and comprehensive. I bought 3 pair of frames and they all look really nice! I’m definitely gonna buy again*the only thing I wish you guys had on your website; an option where you can buy the frames online and picked them at the store. Other than that, 5 stars.

First of all,, OWEEE! They turned out beautiful & very well made! Also the staff is fantastic. I believe the person that helped me was named Stephanie. There was an issue when I ordered online and when I called the store to get help fixing it they were very helpful and accommodating. She even took time to email me photos of my Options while we were on the phone & make sure everything was correct. The optician called me too to confirm my prescription & lens color. The glasses came in good time about 2 weeks exactly when I was told they would arrive. Securely & beautifully packaged & came with original plus my RX lenses installed, a cleaning cloth, a well made aesthetically pleasing Hard case, & a soft little bag case for them too. So glad I got these for myself & that they arrived before my birthday! Thank you VF!

I purchased a product from this company about a month ago and they still have yet to ship a product.I reached out a week after I ordered and they said it would likely be sent out that week - it was not. I reached out the next week and they said it’d be shipped out in a few days - that never happened. This week I reached out asking for a refund to no response. So I guess they are just planning on keeping my money without sending a product.I should of followed my instinct which told me this company was a scam. Avoid them at all costs.I will be working with my bank to flag the charges.

Vintage Frames is my go to store for all unique frames. The level of hospitality they display to their customers is top notch. Please if you ever need shades, go check them out!

Sorry I am so late (like 3+ years) posting a review. I will be posting some photos and I believe I have about 8 pairs of the se VF Hight Quality Frames! All of them are in excellent condition, although I only wear one pair year round. I keep 3 pair inside my vehicle and have not worn my Godfathers in public.I have read the comments and I am not sure what these negative comments are coming from. The customer service has always been excellent and I have received phone calls from Canada and i am here in Washington DC, to conform I have received my items in excellent condition.Vintage Frames Company is All of that and more!

Great glasses and EXTREMELY fast shipping to Ontario! Ordered Monday morning and received them Tuesday afternoon. Couldn’t be happier.
