Had the mini meat for delivery yesterday and instead of pulled pork they gave me pulled chicken and besides the fact that the meal was mostly chicken and sausage, I only received 1 little piece of brisket. Did you guys really thought that I wouldn't taste the difference between pork and chicken? Also lately ur bourbon caramel sauce has become more liquid and only taste like caramel now. Not to mention that your pies which are supposed to be served with bourbon sauce, aren't anymore. Extremely poor service!

Pretty good. Glad I don't have to travel up to an hour now for some good beef brisket.We had the brisket meal and the pulled pork meal and both were very very good.

First time here, the meat is great! Enjoyed mini meats plate and shrimp, delicious! The smoker really adds this incredible smokey smell and taste to the meat, never tried anything like this before. Will return for more.

Food was meh. Pricey for what it tastes like. Brisket was good. Just that though. The bread was disgusting and plain. Fries are icky. The cornbread was so bland... Toss some honey and jalapeños in there. Service was good. For the price I don't think we will be back for what we got.

Ordered to-go. Had high hopes. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Sadly for the $18 price point portions were pretty small. And sandwich dry and plain. I'm pretty lenient with my reviews but I wouldn't recommend this one unfortunately

Really disappointed with the quality of the food here. The meat was flavourless, dry and bland. Can definitely taste a hint of smoke which is a bonus. The bbq sauce is really basic and dull on the palette. For almost $70 this was sub par to say the least

We had a great meal here, everything was excellent. Our server was amazing. The place is very clean and has a great vibe. The bbq sauce and mustard are exceptionally good.Highly recommended!

Just ordered a pulled pork sandwich for pu. Got home and took one bite and it was super dry. Called to inquire and they let me know that there is supposed to be sauce in the bag with it. Only an apology offered, so not sure if I'll give them a second shot or not.

Most places that focus on this kind of cooking do it over sweet or hot. This place, sure they have their fancy bbq sauce and stuff, but honestly the meat stands up on its own! My mother took me here months ago, and I've been craving it ever since. Camr back today, and it's actually *better* than I remember. Their fries are dusted with spices, which is conpletely unique from everything else in Red Deer. The platters come with cornbread, and while not as sweet as some other places, it is definitely rich and buttery without even adding butter. Now, their surf and turf option doesn't hold up quite as well as the rest of their offerings, but it's still far from bad. Pretty much tge only low point is the side of generic beans and the largely flavorless coleslaw. I would not recommend this place to people whose stomachs are sensitive to oil and grease, as most of the food is a bit oily. The service has been great both times I've been here, with highly personable service staff and a very casual attitude. Really, this place is something special, and I hope they stick around in Red Deer for a long time to come.
