Excellent educationThe way the curriculum is put together and the teaching methods make for an excellent education. I lived in the Lethbridge and studied both levels (Thai Massage Certificate 150 Hours & Thai Massage Certificate 372 Hours and now, four years later and having tried some extra study at a different school last year, I know that the education I received at Lethbridge Thai Center was much better. You are supported and encouraged to study and learn. During the day the tutors really know their stuff, and at night, you practice, followed by a closed book exam at the end of each level. As a result, I still remember and practice what I learned and feel confident and competent when I give a massage. Some of the other schools churn students through (just to make money) who don't really learn what they've been taught. I worry about this increasing phenomenon/ If you want a good education and great technique, go to Lethbridge Thai. Suthida (Apple) Swanson is an amazing instructor , along with the meditation and Yogi exercise in the morning before class.

I've had numerous massages here and love it. So relaxing. I'm not a talker and love that I'm not forced to have conversation during a massage. The pressure she uses is perfect and she always works out the brutal knots on my upper back. The east meets west massage is perfect and the herbal hot packs feel amazing!

Was my first time here and had Autumn Carter, she was awesome and very friendly and welcoming, the place looked awesome, very well kept and clean, I have been to quite a few massage places in lethbridge, this is definitely one of my top 3, Autumn was able to find and fix all my muscle problems I had, was very satisfied with the service and staff. Will be coming back again.

Best massage anywhere, Thai massage is so much more beneficial than traditional. Apple is one of the best, she's knows better what I need than I do and is very sweet and personable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for relaxation and pain relief!

I have gone to Noel twice for some shoulder issues I am having which affects my swimming ability. My physiotherapist recommended some deep tissue sport massage and Noel has been excellent - focussing on the area of concern and helping loosen up some very tight areas. I also added an additional 30 min head and neck focus to one of the massages and was so relaxed after. I'll definitely be returning as an athlete, as well as for general relaxation and well-being.

One of best massages I have ever had and all of my ASMR dreams were fulfilled. My only regret is that I never booked a visit earlier. A++++

Absolutely excellent massage services. I have chronic back and shoulder pain/tightness and the treatment I received has helped me so much, would hightly recommend to anyone.

Was lucky enough to get in on a cancellation! I haven’t had a Thai massage since I was in Thailand. If you’ve never experienced it, you should! The location was very neat and clean. The staff were friendly. My massage was wonderful, such attention to detail and I feel they truly love what they do. Left feeling pampered and refreshed!
