Great experience with I Find It Inspections. My inspector was Hakha, and he did a great job inspecting the condo that I am purchasing this summer. He identified many little things that I wouldn’t know to look for as a first time home buyer, and he also provided excellent advice on how to go about fixing each issue that he identified.The PDF report provided at the end of the inspection is very useful to keep track of what I need to fix before I move in, and includes pictures and potential solutions as well to help me do so. I also appreciate that they include a new home owners booklet with the inspection to help with maintaining the home moving forward.Highly recommend these folks; I will certainly use them again if I ever buy another property in the lower mainland!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mo to inspect my newly acquired condo. He was very professional, yet very friendly. He was very detailed in his inspection. Everything was well documented with photographs and comments. Their prices are very reasonable. I would hire them again.
