Horrible customer service! My husband and I bought a used Nissan Rogue from Leggat Discovery Ford in November. Before we drove off the lot we raised concerns about a noise the brakes were making. We were assured that the car had passed the safety test and there was nothing wrong. 4 months later we were still hearing the same noise daily and it didn't sit well with us so we took it to an independent auto shop. They determined that the brakes were totally unsafe and made us sign a waiver to even take the car out of the shop. Not to mention the dealership also sold us the car with broken AC and a blown speaker. Initially we spoke with our sales rep Chris who assured us this would be taken care of and not out of our own pocket. We have been following up for two months straight, multiple calls a day and emails and we are effectively being ghosted. BUYERS BEWARE!

I didn’t give him much time to get all items prepared as I needed a quick turnaround time, and he rose to the occasion. Totally focused on customer satisfaction. It started with an email inquiry. It continued with a personal intro video to the vehicle. A 2018 Ford Explorer Sport 4WD. Then finalized within days. Jeff Allison was and is an amazing personable salesman. He answered all my questions. Even the silly, stupid ones! He was more than fair with my trade in. He is always available. PERFECT SPOT!Just need to amend my review. Unfortunately, I had a couple issues with my new used car. Booked a service within the 30 day. Not impressed by service desk staff! Took the day off work to have them say nothing wrong with my vehicle. I insisted a road test at speed on the highway with a mechanic driving. Was done. Mechanic confirmed my concerns and the vehicle has been rebooked for next week! Another day off work! Will update review after next appointment. No longer 5 star until they fix my new used car!
