Henley & Cypress Gardens Apartments - Skyline Living
We lived here for a few years, late 2016-early 2019. Beautiful location, walking distance to Jaycee Park, which is gorgeous especially in warm weather and hosts many public events. Also close to Shoppers Drug Mart, Avondale and other amenities. The building is kept relatively clean, and laundry is 5$ a load. The landlords host get togethers in the summer and for Christmas. We enjoyed it here.

Very deceiving place, applied for apartment was lead on for a couple of weeks by one of the superintendents saying not to worry the apartment is yours. The date got pushed back from August 1st to the 20th and waited. Also said not worry it will be worth the wait even handed last month's rent. They asked for more information even asked for an guarantor got them what was needed as well, this was requested on a Friday afternoon. Got them the guarantors information on the Sunday evening as the head office is not opened until Monday. Recieved an email on Tuesday stating Unfortunately
