Arezoo, the assistant manager, was absolutely amazing. I take a very long time to make decisions and she was so patient and helpful the entire time. I even came back to change my purchase 30 minutes after I had bought something and she was happy to help me. I never felt rushed and she took complete care of me. She cleaned the watch I bought until it was perfect and made sure I was happy with everything. She was also very knowledgable on it all and it was very impressive. If you are shopping, especially for the first time, I recommend working with Arezoo.

Went looking for a special watch for my dad. Something my mom would have picked out before her passing. The staff were extremely helpful. They gave us as many options as they could, allowed me to put one on hold and thank about it. We ended up purchasing it. The staff was incredibly helpful, insightful, took the time to discuss it all & helped us stay within a reasonable budget. We got the perfect watch and he LOVES it. We took him in to get it sized and they were just as incredible than! I haven't had service like this in a long time! I WILL be back!

Wife purchased a ring on a 24 MTH equal payments got home to discover that the cashier entered it in as regular payment. Called the store and was advised to come back in to change the finance to 24mth and was told she would wave the $60 application fee since I live an hour away. Once there she refuses to wave the app fee after promising to. Never shop there again or any of their chains. Liar's

We had a fantastic experience here. Zahra was extraordinary and didn't stop until she found us the perfect rings. She was patient and helpful, and charismatic. Arezoo, the assistant manager, gave us an excellent discount and was friendly and polite. We will go back for sure to buy more jewelry, not only because of the great experience but because of the quality of the product.

I recently shopped at the Charms location at Stone Road Mall in Guelph. When I went in originally it was a good experience. The gentleman that served me, appeared to the be the manager, was attentive and was more than willing to do anything to make the sale. I was shopping for an anniversary gift for my wife. After a lot of back and forth we had decided on a necklace. When I gave the necklace to my wife the pendant would not sit flat and kept flipping over, a lot of money was spent to have the pendant sit backwards.I returned to Charms with my wife and this is where my compliant comes in. When I purchased the necklace the manager was more than willing to offer no tax in line with the other stores in the mall. When I came into exchange the necklace suddenly all deals were off the table. He claimed he could no longer save the tax for me because the ring we purchased (which was more expensive) was on sale. The necklace I purchased was also on sale so that argument was not a valid one but he stuck to it. I very clearly confirmed when I made my first purchase that I would have the ability to exchange if my wife did not like it. However, because I had to exchange and could not return the sales rep decided this was the perfect opportunity to make a bigger sale and no longer provide me with the deal he offered when he was making the original sale. It is these back handed tactics that put a bad taste in your both when dealing with businesses. Before this moment, Charms was definitely a store I would be returning to for future purchases. After this move, they have lost a client forever.

Great jeweller! My fiancé and I came here to purchase our wedding bands and Allan and his team were wonderful. We greatly appreciate how honest and genuine they all are - they weren't pushing the higher priced pieces on us and instead helped us find the rings that suited our style for a good price. Allan also later helped me pick out a beautiful pearl necklace to wear for my wedding with matching earrings. I am beyond impressed with the high level of service and will recommend this place to anyone.

I've bought a few things here over the last decade or so. Service is usually good and pricing is fair.

Recently, my fiancé and I went to purchase his wedding band. Arezoo helped us and was amazing. She was great to work with and I will definitely be back to see her for future jewelry purchases. Thank you so much Arezoo.

I had been looking for a Mother's Day gift. I reached Charm Diamond Centres still flustered and upset from a terrible experience at nearby jewelry store.  I was assisted by the Assistant Manager Arezoo.  Her main concern first and foremost was to make sure that I was ok (thank you very much again for your kindness, Arezoo).  She happily offered earring options, was attentive, and patiently allowed me to make decisions. She never put any pressure, only offered encouragement to take as much time as needed.  She also had my engagement ring cleaned free of charge. We found the perfect pair of diamond earrings and I'm so glad that I made the purchase here.  The customer service provided by Arezoo and the other 3 ladies at Charm Diamond Centres was amazing.  The level of customer service here is something that other stores could learn from.  I would highly recommed the team here as you will be treated like a valued customer.
