I went into this dealership unsure of the car I was in the market for. My old one was breaking down and knew I had to start looking before I was left on the side of the road. Dan was there to help and was super knowledgeable and helpful. His knowledge of the cars on the lot and what would fit me best was a cut above the rest. He made the whole process so easy and I knew he was someone I could trust and what he was selling he genuinely stood behind. Cannot recommend enough going to this dealership and having a chat with Dan!

I've only interacted with the service department but they were amazing. I'd rate them ten stars if I could.We were driving through, 2,300 km from home, and we had a spark plugs issue. I called Rallye and Rick (huge shout out to Rick) was able to squeeze me in at the exact time we were driving through. Fixed the problem and we were out in 90 minutes (and it wasn't expensive at all).Such professionalism, courtesy, and competence. Would recommend every time.P.S. to the woman who complained about the music playing in the lobby: The Foo Fighters are amazing and you were lucky to hear such great music during your wait.

Only 5 stars, I would do 10. Shaun and Christine took really good care of me. Bought a pre-owned car same day I saw it, fell in love with it immediately. It's a must to give them a try, clean friendly environment, knowledgeable and not pushy. Thanks folks. I'm so happy.

It's hard not to laugh at how ...eager... the sales folks are. We went in for out regular maintenance. And a salesperson ran out to greet us before we even got to the curb. It was the most dis-genuine interactions I've had in a long time. HahaAs for the service. It was okay, I guess. Not the best we've had , but not the worst.We're new to this area , but it sure is funny hearing stories about this place.

Wife and I bought a new SUV from here. At first, the salesmen were very quick to get us on a test drive and we felt pressured when initially we only wanted to look at the interior. The sales Manager, Amine, started to realize that we felt pressured and tried to relax a bit more with us. After talking with us some and giving us some time to think, it was a pleasurable experience. He had Devin, from the Rallye Motors Mitsubishi location bring a Tucson over for us. Devin is extremely knowledgeable in his position and has the best customer service that I’ve ever dealt with. We did not feel pressured with Devin whatsoever. Devin let us take our time with the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He always made sure we knew what was happening, how the vehicle performed and always ensured we were happy every step of the way. The finance manager, Anna, also did a great job of explaining everything to us and was very patient with us even after keeping her after hours. Friendly experience and knowledgeable staff.
