Rent4All Property Management, Paralegal and Real Estate

I booked an appointment to view a house with this company, arranging date and time, and having both ends agree to the arrangement. I checked the adan hour before I was supposed to meet them and the property was listed as sold. No one informed me that the property was sold and that I was no longer supposed to go to this house for a viewing. After contacting them about it I got a sarcastic remark. Trista Groux was absolutely terrible, and I would recommend going to anywhere but this place because clearly they don’t care about their clients or their business.

Very rude people. We were tenants to one of the properties these guys managed. They keep on stressing us out saying they will take the issue to the court(as we were having cockroaches problem which according to them were bought by us and so we are supposed to pay for the pesticide treatment). Once we called them due to some maintenance issue and the response we got was You are not supposed to call and disturb us unless there is a flood or earthquake or something that serious!"And this review is for Rent4All -Property Management/Leasing/Real Estate located at 1201 Ottawa St

I honestly wish I could give this business NEGATIVE stars. How it’s still up and running is EXTREMELY questionable. I have worked in the service industry all my life and I have never been treated so nasty.These unprofessionals truly need better management and a customer service class.They don’t care about the service they provide or how they provide it.I hope this true and honest message gets across to the future home renters, and anyone else thinking about selling to them or working with them.Not worth the run around, confusion or disrespect they put you through and thats a promise.I first scheduled a viewing for a house that was first cancelled. Then for the rescheduled appointment nobody showed up to the rental until 20 minutes after the appointment and the manager “Trista” claimed she was running a little late?After viewing the rental I sent in a 100$ application fee and was told I would be sent an application via email.3 business days later and I still haven’t received an application. I politely asked why I haven’t received anything and apparently there was a system error that usually “resolves itself” ????? And was promptly and rudely asked if I wanted a refund.To me it felt like the apparent “manager” just didn’t feel like doing her job. And would rather give a refund than do work.I suggested the “manager” take a service class if she’s going to be working with the public everyday and I was denied from all RENT4ALL properties LOLand I’m not sure if that was supposed to be a punishment but I’m taking it as a blessing!Save your time money and energy!

Would not recommend this company. Hired them last year to rent my property. They took great pictures however very slow communication. I was the one constantly asking for updates after not hearing from them . Then they will try to upset services that I' was not terested in. In the 2 months found me 1 tenant with a dog although I said no pets.

I am not thrilled with this company. I am a landlord and have encountered several miscommunications and errors with the office staff at Rent4all. Rent was received 21 days late and no one communicated this to me until I noticed I was short in my account. The next month, I had a 400$ error in my rent deposit and when I called with my frustration, I was spoken to quite rudely by Trista and told that I was overreacting, that it was just a mistake. Lastly, I emailed Trista, the manager about an invoice with a 1 year old due date (January 2017). No one responded to the email until I resent her the message 1 week later and then I received a generic email explaining that they were using Quickbooks now and that the fee would be taken from the rent if it was unpaid. I questioned whether this was an old email that was sent in error and received another email stating see the previous email.I decided to phone in and politely asked if the message was an error because the due date was for January 2017, she very rudely responded I don't know what you're not seeing. You obviously must not be seeing the invoice I sent you in the email".I was very shocked by this unprofessional response especially when the error was theirs and the due date listed was the wrong one. Disclaimer- I have yet to be a customer. But felt something should be said about the fake 5 star reviews left on this google page from the owner and other staff. Don't know why the owner Paul calls out a reviewers claims as false and has the nerve to ask google to remove the legitimate review. Meanwhile they are fluffing up their google page with fake 5 star reviews. They should focus on genuine business practices and refrain from being rude to their customers.

Completely agree with John below, it's hilarious to see all the fake 5-star reviews, but the company is so bad it's still rated 3.3, that should tell you something about their service.Unfortunately when we moved to Windsor we were desperate enough to rent one of their properties, during the time we rented from them we faced poor quality, lack of professionalism and lack of response even when we didn't have basic things such as heat. When we did receive the response we were threatened with eviction because we were maintaining the property at a poor" temperature. All and all an awful experience

Extremely disappointed in this company. This management took over managing duties of the apartment I am renting along with a new landlord. While I'm sure their hands were tied somewhat by an incompetent landlord, they certainly did not improve the situation. Building routinely a mess, missed garbage collection was routine in first several months of management, rude customer services, lack of notice when entering apartment, lack of notice when shutting off water (thats always fun), bathroom sink that has not worked for four months, unfixed controlled entrance (even when there is history of theft in the building!) and on and on. I have never been more happy to move. I feel sorry for the new tenants who have to put up with this horrible landlord/management tag team.

Negligent, irresponsible and disorganized company. Rent4All managed my property for a year, here’s what I received:-A quickly placed tenant, who clearly wasn’t able to afford the rent-I paid them $1200 to place a tenant, and somehow that didn’t include a basic credit check-Late payments every month, with rare updates from their staff-Overdue collections invoices from contractors their staff somehow didn’t pay-A tenant that overstayed on the property and left owing over a month’s rent-No one even bothering to contact me or check if the tenant left at the end of the lease-No straight answers from anybody, rude staff, and a lack of contact.I made a big mistake by trusting them. Don’t expect these people to manage your property, you will regret it.Edit: The owner of Rent4All has now threatened me with legal action for leaving my honest Google review. This shows what type of people they are. Stay away from these clowns at all cost.
