Really wish every location had the same flavor options. Extremely annoying that some have French vanilla or vanilla & a location a couple of blocks away doesn't.

I placed my order on Nov 9, 2022 at 5:25 PM, therewas a big line and I order from my mobile app toget it faster.But, the staff serves the whole line and I did notget my order till 5:40PM. When I try to ask acashier about my order, she was not listening tome. I say 10 times 'excuse me', but she ignored meevery time. And she rudely spoke to me, if you arewaiting for your mobile order

I dont know what is wrong with the guy wearing white shirt “armani exchange”!!never seen that much rude server @ tim horton !! We Asked for ice coffee you can see the pic how much he put inside the cup!! Also we ordered quincher cold but no ice he put flavor and water at room temp. We took first stop in canada after a long trip from california craving for tim hortons after five days !! Did not meet the requirement!!!One more suggestion to the guy as you seems like from india !! fix your attittude toward you own country people greet us as you greet candians!! This is sign of good customer service!!

Very cocky staff , girl at the register wasn’t polite at all instead they don’t suggest you options they think you should know it all what they offer ( not hospitable at all ) instead they smucker at each other I find it very rude never stopping here ever again.Please teach your staff to be respectful.Please check camera sept 28,2022 10.25am

Today dec 22,2022 at 10am. The lady who was taking the order at front counter was awesome. Its been while since i got the right amount of sugar and cream in my ST but she made it so right even temp was perfect of my tea And she make sure that am getting the bagel to be exactly how i wanna be. Her customer service skills are so awesome and she is so friendly.

Went to the machines to place my order. No option for crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap, only for grilled chicken bacon ranch wrap. Had to wait in long line to order. Wait time was not too long, however the guy who served my food called out crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap" and I received grilled chicken instead. Also

Worst Service Ever... I was Standing at the Counter waiting for 10minutes to have my order taken. The staff was making orders that were coming in on Mobile. Finally my order was taken, then AGAIN I waited while more Mobile orders were made.It took me 25min to get a Coffee Breakfast Sandwich and a Hashbrown100% Unacceptable
