I have never had a hot chicken teriyaki sandwich at this location. Once the chicken had ice on it. I have stopped going to this location since then(6 years ago, 2013), which stinks because it's very close to where I live. Gladly a new subway has opened up on the corner of Vanier and allumetiere which has nailed my sandwich so well, that even after a 20 minute drive to work, the sandwich is hot, crispy, and fresh....and after ordering from Wilfred Lavigne and making the 3 minute drive to my house, the sandwich is soggy, and cold, with a few ice chips. Maybe it's the unfortunate times I have went to that location...but why take the chance? The times I go, it's best on Vanier....I will gladly make the drive.

Sandwich was good, but the coffee was served cold and with terrible taste. For sure it was left over from previous day. Could not even finish it So if you can't get a proper coffee served please just don't serve it at all. Worst coffee I ever had.

The service was great! The staff works like a well oiled machine. Pleasant and polite. Love the subway in Aylmer. And as usual the food was great.

Always great service and well made sandwiches but you need to train staff not to touch their clothing and my food and everything around them with the same gloves. The kid's shirt was covered in food from touching client's sandwiches. Very disgusting.

The guys that work there are great workers but their customer service face could use a little lift.They get the sandwiches made and push out the rush but a little smile or thank you have a nice day would be nice too.

Decent for a quick sub, most of the staff are great except one guy of color that works there who needs an attitude adjustment, if someone asks for a simple thing like warming up cookies.. its like a huge ask for him.

Great food and great service but it would be really useful if they updated their online hours. Still says they close at 7:30 when they actually close at 9:00

When I walked in, I was behind a group of 8 young men and expected the wait to be quite long. To my surprise, it went extremely fast. The team of young men working the counter are very efficient, organized, courteous and make a perfect sub. I swore off Subway after horrible wait times in the Plateau... But Aylmer is certainly not the same. Good job guys!!
