These guys are great. I have been working from home since the pandemic and one morning my computer just stopped working. I brought it in and explained that I would loose a day of work and I have a deadline to make. They were very understanding and had my computer up and running the same day. Very professional and kind individuals who gave me great service at a reasonable rate. Support your local businesses and give these guys a chance.

Very good team here, I came with a wi-fi card issue and they initially gave me a solution that didn't require their services (buy an external card). When that solution didn't work, I came back here and they fixed the issue within two days. Very professional, reasonable rates, and kept me informed throughout the process.

You should too.I'm good with computers, but after a week of troubleshooting a weird driver issue, I took it here.They spent seven hours with two employees working on this one device. Within two days it was fixed.Especially impressive, the $99 quoted cost for solutions that don't require hardware replacements was all I had to pay.$99, for two people, each working seven hours? That comes out to...(7*2)/99 = 0.14FOURTEEN CENTS AN HOUR.Crazy.At minimum wage (15.65*7*2) they just lost 220 dollars. It's probably more.Any other place would tack on additionally fees to recoup the loss, and run you in circles. These guys handed the laptop over, taking a loss in profits, and all they asked for was a review.I don't review places. But this one was deserved. Thanks for the repair PCTECH.

I was looking for a part for my electronic that wasn’t working properly. When I couldn’t find it in the Vancouver fraser area I came over to this computer service repair shop to look for some help. The manager Apurva and staff were really honest, reliable and were able to fix my fan!! They were really helpful and I am impressed how they have dividers for all their staff, plexiglass between customers and taking one client in at a time. I’m all about supporting local and small businesses who genuinely care about their customers and I highly recommend this pc repair service store.
