I ordered online since February 16, 2023. Today is Feb 24th ,2023 . My order is yet to be shipped.I am very disappointed and surprised. I do not recommend anyone shopping online with them. except you are ready to wait forever for your order.

Ordered some iron pills in February that weren't listed as out of stock on the website. Assumed they had some in stock. After a while of not receiving them contacted the store and found out there was a distribution problem. Was given several dates to receive them and still haven't received the two pack that I have ordered. It is now April. I have talked to someone several times and left numerous voicemails. No one has contacted me back. No one's responded to emails and every time I call it is busy or voicemail is full. Doesn't matter the time of day. At this point I would like it if someone contacted me. back and my money was refunded.

I ordered on February 14. Today March 22, still nothing. Their online ordering site appears to be a full-blown scam. Reading the comments, it's hard to reach them, so I won't waste my time. I lost $50, Come on, c'est la vie. Look at reviews before ordering from a site. Lesson learned.

Created a shipping label but cant send product, wont respond to emails, dont answer calls. Poor poor business acumen. Don't waste your time with this company.

They do not answer the phone. They say they will call back in 24h. The website is not up to date, they let you order something that is not in stock and you wait weeks for your order. When you email to cancel your order they ignore you and tell you new stock coming in next week. Ridiculous. Do not waste your time with this place.

Placed an order with this company 8 days ago with fast expedited shipping, and 2 days ago sent a notification that it just left and only half of the order was there. The first time I placed an order with them it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Completely unacceptable and this is my second and final order from the company. Buyer beware!
