Great place to work! Very supportive management and staff.

I was crossing the street at a crosswalk and had the right of way. A worker in one of your trucks without looking forward almost drove into me then proceeded to yell at me and gave me the middle finger.

I had one of their chinese technicians come over to fix my house wire. He was kind the entire time and took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. I've had many different technician companies contracted by Rogers to come fix technical problems but this company was by far, the best. Great service!

This is the first review I have ever written for a business, but I truly believe that this technician deserves recognition for his exceptional customer service.Today I had an amazing experience with technician, Shane. We just moved to an old apartment and there were random wires everywhere from the previous tenant. Shane was extremely friendly, helpful, and resourceful. He did a great job correcting the wiring issue and even went the extra step to remove some of the old useless existing wiring and even covered up the hole in the wall from the old wires. He spent 2 hours with us and made sure that all our questions were answered and double checked that everything was working well before leaving.Dependable Home Tech, please give this man a raise! He really deserves it.

Can’t believe how lazy some of these techs are. After moving my internet didn’t get turned on, so one of DHTs guys got dispatched. I watched pull up outside, look around, and then drive away. He ‘closed’ the service call as if he completed it, yet I have a video showing him just leaving. I wonder if that tech will pay for all the damages this has now caused.

Just saw one of your drivers in vehicle 214 cut a pedestrian off at traffic light while they were crossing the street... all while the driver was talking on his phone. Ridiculous.

This company is good. My husband has worked there for ten years. I heard that several old employees didn't retire until they were 65.
