Arrived 8 AM for 2 PM delivery. They offered me door at 1PM …it’s 7PM and still I am in the same spot with the same load…

Poor management and leadership. There are no safety policies or procedures in place. There is no orientation and no training for new hires. Most times inbound and outbound shipments are crammed together which leads to a hectic work environment. The efficiencies in this place are very bad. Pay is pretty good. Also PPE is provided for working in the cold and freezingenvironment. I trust Tas now has a new General Manager to bring things together.

Appointment at 9am 4 trucks stuck at their gate... can't get in because no docks are free to us... management problems obviously. Now the whole story...there at 9am..dock at 11:20... getting off loaded at 15:29...got my paper work at 16:50. Think twice before accepting to drop a load there..wasted a whole day thanks.

Some people give bad ratings because of wait time maybe they should try and make an appointment first. You can't expect to come at whatever time with no appointment and expect to be serviced immediately! Common people.....
