Cambie Plumbing and Heating Ltc. was fast to respond and very accommodating with their appointment time. The technician they sent was professional and personable, and was able to resolve the reason for the appointment immediately, and even completed an additional plumbing task for me during the hour long appointment. Overall very pleased and would definitely used again. Recommended!

I contacted Cambie Plumbing & Heating about a minor gas leak in my natural gas stovetop range in our new-ish condo.The office admin was kind and helpful, and provided a convenient and prompt time slot for a gas fitter to come by. The fitter was on-time, professional, COVID-conscious, and worked quickly and efficiently. He also patiently answered my questions and detailed what to expect in the invoice before he left. They replaced a faulty regulator at lower-than-market cost, and the labour costs were in-line with what they detailed on their website. The office admin even remembered my name and other personal details from a recent trip I had mentioned.Will definitely be calling Cambie Plumbing + Heating for any additional plumbing issues or gas leaks, provided our home hasn't exploded.

Initially very friendly but long delays in returning calls, never finished the job, could not find a 10 year old bath tub faucet cartridge, I paid for a complete job and never got finished. They got mad at me because I was not home on a week day with no notice to have an american standard rep come look at the faucet - despite me having the manual and part diagram for them.

Got the contact from the BCAA website where they had a good rating, but was pretty disappointed on the service with regards to respond time and follow up from the main office. The plumber on site was very nice thou.

We've been using Cambie Plumbing for years. I've always found the staff to be friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They always do great work and have never had to recall them on same job.

Had a plumber come today from Cambie Plumbing to fix 2 leaky toilets. 1 hour of labour and parts, no overcharge. Fellow was very efficient, fast, and courteous. If I need service, I would definitely call Cambie Plumbing again and I would recommend them.

I highly recommend Chris if you need someone to address an appliance problem. I was having ongoing issues with my fridge freezer and he solved the problem in less than 2 hours. He is incredibly professional, prompt and just a really nice guy. Things that I appreciated about his services:1. He responded to my service request within 24 hours.2. I had some boiler service done by them 3 months ago. When I got the bill for the work, they had overcharged me in both hours worked, and the hourly rate. When I called to asked about this, I was told their rate is $200 per hour and has been for years. Their website shows $125 per hour even now. I told them I have another service receipt from them 6 months earlier and was charged $150 per hour. They were speechless. Because of this, they agreed to refund me the difference and was told a cheque would be sent. I've called back multiple times about this but still have not gotten any refund.I would not recommend this company unless you like to be lied to and overcharged for work done.
