Bowmanville Limo

I would highly recommend using Bowmanville limo. Khuram was so kind and such a pleasure to deal with. Communication was very clear and concise which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. I will definitely use bowmanville limo again.

Good value for my money. I had my 80 year old mom picked up from Pearson airport. I was bit apprehensive about getting her to our home in Bowmanville. The gentleman that answered my phone, patiently answered all my questions and acknowledged my concerns and recommended that the driver goes inside the terminal with the sign with my mom's name on it. Which is exactly what i opted for and the whole thing was seamless. The driver (Muda) offered to stop for a coffee for my mom, which she refused but appreciated. The driver also helped her with the luggage all the way to the front door and then helped my mom with her walker to get inside the door. Its impossible to put into words how incredibly grateful we are. This is certainly not the level of service i would have expected from a regular taxi service.

I booked this company for my transportation from Oshawa to Toronto Pearson Airport.The service was top notch.They confirmed my booking and followed up to let me know we were all set.Khuram was amazing. He was very pleasant to talk to.We chatted all the way to the airport.There was none of that awkward tense silence like I have experienced with other companies.I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend them.

This car service is very unprofessional they left us stranded and almost had us missing our flight. We had to call an Uber and they still tried to charge us for the service that the did not do. The man we spoke with on the phone was rude and disrespectful. I advise everyone not to book their services.

Prompt and dependable service all around.I have now used Bowmanville limo total of 3 times ever since the travel began few months ago. I like the fact that they are local here in Bowmanville and that i can book them for any time during the day or night. They ask all the right questions at the time of booking and make the process effortless. I also like the fact that i can pre order a car for my return trip from the airport. They are simply the best for me. I am very happy with the consistency of the great service i receive from them.

I had called and made a reservation 2 months before and I also called again within a week of our trip, to confirm 4:30am pickup to the Airport for myself and 4 family members. No one showed up, I called multiple times this morning. Now we’re left scrambling to make our trip, find a ride and parking at 4:30 on the morning. Would never recommend.

We booked rides to and from the airport. Our driver to the airport was excellent - he was friendly, his driving was smooth, he helped with our bags, etc.Our driver from the airport back to our home was not great. He wasn't friendly (barely said hello and with no smile), his driving was rough (couldn't stay in the lanes and would hit the gas/brake seemingly at random) and wasn't able to follow the GPS to our destination so we had to provide some directions even though it's a very clear drive.Overall not a terrible experience, but the driver you get makes a huge difference. We will try a different limo company next time.

I am a long time customer of Bowmanville limo. The vehicles are spotless and drivers are professional and safe drivers. Highly recommend them to anyone. Generally speaking the service is better than other taxi service i have used. Most importantly the drivers have always been prompt.

Excellent service both to and from the airport in a nice clean car. I switched to bowmanville limo from another taxi service 5 years ago and it worked out great. I always get an email confirmations for my trips and to top it all off , i also get a text from the driver the night before. Drivers usually arrive few minutes early and text me their arrival. I would definitely use bowmanville limo and recommend them. Its a great value and take lot of the stress off of our travel.

I ordered a ride and my driver was there to pick me up right on time. I did not have to wait at all. My driver was extremely friendly and most importantly he was a great driver. I felt safe the entire ride and he was extremely polite. Would recommend and will be ordering again.
