Mark was extremely thorough and took the time as he went to explain things to a nervous first-time home buyer. Not only did he tell us about every aspect of our future home from an inspection standpoint but he took the time to show us the basics of home ownership. Such as where the water and gas shut offs are, where the outdoor tap in the garage is, how to and how often to change the furnace filter and which type to buy for our allergies. He also went through the basics of furnace, and air conditioner maintenance so we are prepared moving forward. Mark gave us pointers in how to improve the already solid home to make it more efficient and safe such as topping up the attic insulation with a specific kind to repel any furry friends and to get a battery back up for our garage door since we only have single (big door) entry. We feel entirely confident in our inspection report and because of Mark and the work that he did we don't have any reservations on making the biggest purchase of our lives. Piece of mind indeed!!
