Keton with his team, is a 5 star plus. I have gone in to drop off a prescription and was asked if I wanted to wait for it. There is no other pharmacy that has ever offered that kind of service. This is definitely the only pharmacy to deal with!!!!

The NICEST, most helpful pharmacists that I have ever dealt with. Both owners are very caring and amazing to deal with.I have pharmacy’s that are closer to where I live, but I chose to continue coming here as I always have been treated so well by the owners and other pharmacists.

I came by the pharmacy after hours of waiting to see a doctor at the Emergency at NRGH, after being misdiagnosed by a doctor there, I was desperate for help and in extreme pain. I came into the walk in pharmacy and explained to Ketan what was going and said that I thought had Shingles. He took my concerns seriously and prescribed an appropriate treatment for me. This was pivotal in early intervention and as a result I was able to contain the Shingles from spreading. My Family Physician is very grateful for Ketan’s prompt response. My family, and myself thank you Ketan for your support and Kindness in this situation.

I previously used Costco and they're great, but I didn't want to go there for prescriptions given current conditions. I told the pharmacist I wanted to switch and he got everything in place quite quickly and told me my prescription was ready. Terrific service and a load off!

The pharmacist at the Bruce location is OUTSTANDING. When our doctor drops the ball and forgets to send or update prescriptions he goes out of his way to make sure we are not stuck without meds due to someone else’s fault.This level of personal service makes me think of the stories of days gone by when people knew you and cared about you.

The atmosphere and service at this pharmacy reminds me of small town service in the city . Very friendly , polite and down to earth staff . The items I have purchased here have been very reasonable priced some cheeper even then WalMart . While I have never used the service home delivery is offered and I see they also offer blister packs for meds . So I say if you want great service from your pharmacy with awesome personal for all your pharmacy needs come to this location .
