Love love love you Bosleys!!The staff is so nice and friendly and they know exactly what your pet needs.Always well stocked with a huge selection and their return policy is exceptional. My fussy dog stopped eating the food he loved for months and they took back a bag that was 1/4 gone.You rock My socks Bosleys!!

We were there for the Okanagan Humane Society adoption event. Although we did not find our fur baby, the event was well planned and the Bosley staff was still able accommodate customers.

They have a lovely new dog wash station, but you need reservations. Unfortunately, the staff I inquired with about the dog wash didn’t share that it was by reservation either of the 2 times I asked prior to actually going. So when I finally went to do the deed, I was told they were fully booked for a few days and take their last appointment at 4pm (close at 6). Just poor customer service, communication, and I won’t be trying again.

We came here to use the doggy wash without an appointment and the two gals working the evening of Tues September 13 were so kind and squeezed us in for a bath! They had some excellent toy recommendations and were friendly and kind towards us and our dog. It was our first time and we live downtown so we usually don't venture to Glenmore, but after our experience, we'll for sure be back!

With this extreme cold snap in Kelowna I could not find a set of booties for Cooper my Doxie so I decided to order on-line from Bosley's. I am so impressed!!. I ordered them on the 28th and they arrived early afternoon on the 29th. Shipping said 6 days. ( Puts Amazon to shame). Here is Cooper trying out his new boots. Cooper and I love Bosley's . A HUGE 5 Gold Star rating!! Thank you Bosley's.

The place looks very organized and clean. Great friendly. staff and they have some things other stores don't carry or don't keep in stock.
