Beer Store 4710

I just want to commend the staff at this store who work the drive thru. I thank you so much for the excellent customer service you give. I asked for a product at ths speaker when ordering asking if a flavor was in stock that I wanted to try. But the store was out. To arrive near the window area to be greeted by the young man I had talked to over the speaker stated other flavour he had in stock. It meant the world to me that he took the time to come out to my car and go over and beyond. I should have asked his name but I didn't but I will make sure I do next time. Pulled thru to get my husband's beer and was greeted by another Male staff member who was also very friendly and helpful. Love that this store is right around the corner from me and love the staff and drive thru! Bravo guys!

Great new Beerstore. Excellent selection with all the popular favourites as well as craft gems. Great tall boy selection that rivals many LCBOs for those seeking variety. Has a separate section to highlight ontario craft beer. This location even has a drive-thru.

Nice big, clean store with lots of space in the recycle area.Staff are very nice. The young man in the drive thru i had today (Apr. 4, 2023) was one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ask for when shopping at a business.

Almost got into a fist fight at the front of the store. No management around while waiting for the store to open, a belligerent and intoxicated customer wanted to cut line outside the store. I was abused by this customer and nothing was said to him....and they actually served him! Not Impressed!

Drive-thru beer. What else is there to say? Great service, a tad slow - but hey - you don't even have to get out of your car. Love it! Good selection. Make sure you know what you want before you get in line though.

Excellent costumer service! Always someone willing to help.After visiting a couple of times searching for a particular beer thy didn't have, they contacted the brewery directly and will be stocking the shelves with it soon!Cheers!
