I had a great experience at U frame. I dropped my phone and thought it cracked but it was actually the screen protector that saved my phone. I went back to you U frame and they gladly replaced my screen protector at half the price and help me picked a more protective case for my iPhone. Thank you so much Marshall for your expert advice and help!

The owner Marsh just ripped me off. He sells me a screen protector that cracks in a matter of days, then I come and ask him about it and he wants me to pay again. If you don't back your product that you are selling why sell it at all?

The worst service, I felt robbed with the value they charged me for printing 1 simple sheet, zero recommended

I had two printed pillow cases made and a fold happened with one print on the corner of the pillow cases. I unfortunately did not notice until I got home. When I returned and I was under the impression he could fix it but the machine was out being repaired. When I came back the 3rd time I was informed there was nothing he could do except for me to buy another pillow case. This was a Christmas gift and I’m very upset because not only did he lie but no reimbursement of any kind was offered or allowed for their mistake. Never will I return or recommend.

Marshall was fantastic !! He let me bring in my own shirt and get it custom printed and everything was done in less than 5 minutes!! He explained the whole process as well and was transparent about everything. I will definitely return to him for any custom printing! Thank you Marshall!!!!

I bought a screen guard for my iPhone and a screen guard for my rear camera. He said it’s the best screen guard and won’t break. The screen guard cracked in 2 days. I took my phone back to him n the sales guy Malcolm said he would replace it for free. I also bought a mobile case and he called his friend JUNAID and asked for screen guard and he said not in stock and asked me to come a few days later. Today when i went to his store again and asked for a screen guard, he called his friend JUNAID again and got a screen protector for my screen & camera. I told him that he promised me to replace it without additional cost bcos it cracked in 2 days. But The sales guy Marshall or Malcolm (not sure) is so rude & said that he doesn’t know me, he can’t replace my screen guard & I would have got it in a different store. I showed my credit card details of UFrame that I bought it here and then he said “You should get it in a written receipt that he will replace for free”. He is talking different things and disappointed me. He said “You call the owner or manager and say whatever you want. I’ve been working here 2 years.okay!”. It doesn’t take a minute for me to pay and buy a new one but he is not a trusted sales person to deal with. Very very disappointing!

Untrustworthy Indian staff charged $3.25 for one page printing. They’re randomly change their price every time.
