Absolutely amazing team they have got. Very friendly staff and they also give you good suggestions when you are asking for the plans or any phones even. I have had a great experience with one of the employees. He got me a great plan which is the cheapest plan I have ever got. Highly recommend this store and will look forward to visit again.

This location is amazing, I've used their services in the past. However, my issue is with the online store and the way they have people email in to have a mistake made on the companies end fixed. I purchased the protection bundle, and due to a glitch that was admitted to by an employee on their online chat, I never received it. I'm now forced to wait for an email response back which could take 24 hours, and my phone is vulnerable until I get this situation resolved. Mobile klinik, you need to allow customers to have such issues resolved over the phone or your online chat. The run around I went through was an example of horrible customer service.Side note, I must give the employee from the online chat option a 10 start rating on his customer service.(Photos were taken by a Motorola pure g, Don't buy them people) horrible phone

I have a new phone and forgot the access code. In a panic, I walked into the store and was greeted by 2 wonderful lifesavers. They said they could help me out and I felt my panic subside. Within 10 minutes all was fixed. I thanked them profusely and asked what I should pay for their time and effort. They wouldn't hear of any payment. I would highly recommend using this business when you find yourself in a pickle as they really care about their customers.

This is highly recommended place. I had a really great experience with my recent visit. I drop my phone and It stopped working. I asked few other places but they are very expensive then I came here and the staff is so nice and experienced they fixed it in couple of hours and also less expensive compared to other stores. Highly recommended.

Run! Stay clear if you are thinking of selling your phone to Mobile Klinic. After filling out all the detailed information online, driving to the business, trying to find store, the clerk said I would have to wait an hour while he checked every function. My cell phone was in excellent condition. And since I had 2 phones to sell, he said he would check the second after the first in serial fashion. There was no mention of this additional time consuming inspection process on their website. In the end, I left without selling my phones. They weren’t offering much anyway. Especially for all that effort and wait required at my end.
