Went in the store to order a sandwich tonight and the service was exceptionally poor and the portion super small. The clerk didn't acknowledge me, kept on playing on his phone as I wanted to order. When he finally looked at me I could just tell the guy was high with glossy eyes. Disenchanted. Definitely won't return.

They took 30 mins for my order because someone was getting trained i asled for hot sauce and garñic on potatoes they put it while im waiting on my falafel i step out and come back in 10 mins ...come home theres no sauce less chicken...good worl management not coming back here ever agai

I ordered 4 mix plate from Uber yesterday and went to pick up the food. They forgot to put pita, luckily I checked before driving back home. What’s more disappointing is the amount of food you get for plate they charge 19$.As per my experience with other boustan this place is the worst one.

I ordered a sandwich with only lettuce and garlic sauce. Not only did I receive it all dressed, but I received it completely black. It literally looked like someone threw it on the street, ran it over with their car, and gave it to me. I threw it straight in the garbage. Disgusting.

Food is tasteless, especially the sandwiches, food is not fresh.Potatoes always burnt! ALWAYS.Always missing ingredients...They make you pay before your food is ready, they check if you left tip, if you didn't leave tip, the service is terrible. Workers look as if they are doing you a favor by making you a sandwich. Gave that place too many chances, disappointed.

Just ordered through Door Dash the mix shawarma pita trio with extra garlic sauce.Pita was a nice size , hot and tasty.The rice that came with the trio was delicious as well. Very well cooked.My only small criticism is the garlic sauce had hardly any taste of garlic. Still though, I wasvery happy with this meal. It was affordable and filling.Would definitely order from Boustan again.

Made an order for 6 people via the website. It was very easy to use and pickup was quick.The food was not the best. The quality has decreased and the prices have gone up. The portions are much smaller too.3 chicken bowls were ordered and all 3 were dry and no sauce was added to any of the bowls even though it was requested.The tabouleh was very dry as well.The fattouch salad was not fresh, it was very wilted and you can tell the tomatoes have been in the fridge for a while.3 of us had the mixed shawarma pitas and those were very good. The trio is quite expensive from what it used to be so that's the only thing that is disappointing.Not sure we would be ordering from here again. Boustan has been a favorite of ours for years but lately it's been disappointing and expensive.

Just ordered food through Ubereats. Everything in the entire bowl was dry and tasteless. Potatoes and chicken stuff as a rock. Chicken is basically non existent and looks like it was minced chicken. Terrible!
