Best customer service and excellent service of my truck from this location. Each visite for annual tuneup Mr Steve on front desk explain all maintenance very well and tried to keep customer up-to-date. Thanks Mr Steve and toromont Cat.

Bought a dozer though Chris Fraser yes it was used and sold as is. I was told machine was work ready, needed nothing but an undercarriage. Turns out machine needed a transmission and speed sensors. I have many emails from him stating he would reimburse me for the parts and labor. Here I am 1 year and 3 months later once I got the machine fixed, he has yet to answer my phone calls since he sent me emails stating he would work with me on the parts and labor. I would not recommend dealing with him or toromont cat. They don’t stand behind their word after statements are made.

This review is based on the hiring process/interviewers, and not about this company's products and services.I had a job interview at Toromont Cat in 2014. I was interviewed by two employees. One employee was very nice and straightforward about the job position. The other interviewer came in to interview me and asked for the make, model and year of my personal vehicle. When I told the interviewer, it was written down and I was given a dirtiy look.Because my vehicle is very old, that was pretty much the end of my interview. If I had lied and said I had some fancy late model vehicle, I most likely would not have received a dirty look from the interviewer and may have had a chance at the job position.When I contacted the labour board to tell them about this incident, customer service said they had never heard of an employer wanting to know a potential employee's vehicle make/model/year information at a job interview.This has bothered and angered me for some time, so I finally decided to post this review. I think it's a form of discrimination, but others may not see it as discrimination. Since the labour board was completely useless when I spoke with them, this review is my only chance at being heard.The interviewers had no idea about me or what hardships I had been through in my personal life, but they judge me based on the age of my vehicle. I see that the owner is responding to some of these Google reviews. Come and sue me for this review. I have nothing to sue for.I also wrote a review about Veoila Transportation in which I had the identical incident.

Worst staff worst employees unhealthy environment

The branch manager at this company doesn't know what she's doing .She doesn't know how to manage a branch. She should go take a course on how to manage and deal with customers. No people skills what so ever.

Never had a bad experiance with this Toromont branch. Parts are always in stock due to the fact they have a gigantic warehouse on site along with a great deal of knowledgeable field service technicians. Kai the service manager for the Tractor" Division or Heavy Equipment is very knowledgeable about their machinery and also good tips/tricks for our own up keep of machines. Always a fun trip to the "candy store" aka their merchandise store for some nice memorabilia or apparel"

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in parts and service departments. I did tune up on my CAT engine here. And as complimentary, at the end received a voucher for 100$. Definitely will deal again. Recommend!

This time I give you a 5 star very good experience last time I was there I gave you 0 star because it seemed like the service desk seemed not interested
