My wife and I love the spa. We personally get pedicures together. We love the professional atmosphere and work they do. We will make it a habit to go more often. If you do want couple work done I recommend asking for a private room. One complaint I would have is last time we had pedicure done. There a woman having a manicure being done and they were talking a bit to loud for us. We personally like peace and quite.

Karen did a facial wax for me and was so incredibly thorough, precise and never rushes. She is a perfectionist and takes great care to listen carefully to her clients and offers great advise. Her room is always highly organized and very clean, which puts me at ease especially with Covid still circulating. Karen is also very punctual. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone!

Went there for a Couple Massage by RMTs. Had a great experience. The staff was very good & trained.On top of it you get complimentary access to fitness centre & swimming pool.Even the indoor parking is free.Definitely going back there again.

I went for a pedicure today and I was impressed right from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My nail technician was awesome, so careful and detailed. I could tell she really takes pride in her work. I can't wait to go back!

I really enjoyed my 90 minute massage. I went to Brookstreet for a 90 minute massage. My intent was to have a massage, enjoy a nice lunch and take advantage of one of the pools while I was there. The massage was excellent. I enjoyed every moment. Staff was friendly, and in time. It was wonderful. I was however disappointed for two reasons. First, lunch options was very limited. You either sat in a very expensive restaurant or you ordered from a deli and sat eating in a hall. Secondly, the weather did not cooperate and I visited in indoor pool. The pool water was greasy and thick. I removed myself from the pool immediately. It whole pool area was not well lit. I spoke with a lady who is a club member and she stated the pool was always like that after a weekend. I found the pool totally unacceptable.

Everything was great. Many thanks to Kyra who take care of massage session today, and she is one of the best no doubt. I'd like to add one simple request; Please re-adjust shower water which is not good enough currently and surprising after all good service. One more suggestion is the temperature of hot tub and sauna could be bit higher.

Brought my mom for her very first pedicure here and the experience was amazing! Fatima and Fadiya took such excellent care of us and made us feel super relaxed and truly pampered. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

My experience at broke street hotel spa was great! I recommend the massage therapy if you have acute pains/joint pains by a therapist named, Peta. I have shoulder pains all my life and she was able to release some of the tension by her great work. The pedicure and manicure were great as well. I truly felt relaxed throughout the whole experience.

I just had probably had the worst treatment experience there so far and I’ve been going there for some time. I got the tranquility scrub treatment and honestly felt like a slab of meat being rubbed and prodded, followed by what felt like a chiropractic treatment. It was anything but tranquil. There was no finesse. The technician was very rough and was also rushing through the entire treatment using the time to do the final cleanup which also made very loud noise. Horrible experience. I’m glad it was a discounted rate with the deal they have on. I won’t be back.
