We used Kyle for the sale of our house and purchase of our fixer upper. I would definitely recommend him to my closest family and friends and anyone looking for a solid realtor. We took his advice on the listing price and staging for the sale of our home and we accepted an offer within the first week of it being on the market. For our purchase, Kyle was available at our convenience to see homes and helped us find “the one” - in our budget and preferred neighbourhood. He also guided us with selecting a contractor to do the renovations and we are more than happy with the finished product. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable in his field and provides a great customer experience!
