Went in today after work and the Manager MacKenzie helped me out. Set me up with a couple new phones, home internet, tv, etc. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I don't feel like he was trying to upsell me at all but rather the opposite; he saved me a nice chunk of change. Great service!

Garbage customer service, I’ve been calling them and trying to get someone to speak with me to pay off my phone for 3 days and I’ve gotten kicked out of the chat waiting room, and kicked off the phone waiting… go into this store, and I ask for help, and I’m told there’s no manager, and they can’t call anyone… they’ll only help with sales… come on, the hundreds of millions Telus takes in, you’d think they would make sure they’re store fronts would be able and qualified to help.
