I went in Saturday and had a great time. The staff was a bit stand offish but Audrey assisted us and was a delight. She was new and didn't have much experience but she was honest and willing to learn. The other staff was just there. The real problem came when I returned on Sunday. Let me begin with I have 8 bracelets in counting and over a hundred charms and I have been shopping with Pandora for years. There aren't too many policies I don't know. I went in for an exchange and before I could ask the woman cuts me off and states we don't do that. When I attempted to state what I was trying to do, she raised her voice and repeated herself. I am not sure if it was because I am a Black American or if she is just a rude individual but that brought the rating of this store way down especially because I just had a cool experience with another staff member the day before. Listen and value your customers, make them feel like you are happy to be, there especially when you are getting a paycheck. No person wants to spend money at a place with rude, dismissive people.

Every time I go here the staff are really nice and helpful. Great selection and displays always look nice. One of my charms had broken once and the manager gave me a replacement one when I didn’t have the original bill! Always go here to purchase a gift for special occasions. They have charms catered to everyones needs.

I was here yesterday buying a gift for my mother and I have never received worse customer service in downtown Montreal. The girl that was helping me was so rude and kept switching to French when I’m clearly speaking to her in English. Although I do understand a bit a French, it was also as if she was doing it on purpose to be mean. It was just so clear that she wasn’t even being cordial and looked annoyed. Someone that I presumed to be the manager watched the interactions and let it happen. I wish I didn’t have to buy anything from there but since it was the one thing my mom wanted for Christmas, I stuck it out. I will never be back here at this location, the eaton centre staff is much better

Val, Nadine and Samantha were all super helpful today when I came in to buy a ring. The service was personalized and Nadine even helped me outside the store when I had a question. Overall professional, sweet and helpful! Will definitely be returning.

Great selection of jewelry at all prices. Staff was helpful but I always make it easy on them as I am a customer that knows exactly what she wants and phoned beforehand to make sure they had the item in inventory and had a picture of the item.

This store is beautiful and very appealing but the service fails to be as great. I once entered the store 10 mins before closing time on a week day and I was ignored. No one greeted me or even asked me if I needed help. No one even looked in my direction. There were 3 employees and they kept busy while there were only 1 customer and myself. I wanted to look at a new safety chain that I wanted and I literally had to stand next to the other client to wait for the employee to finish with them so I could get served since the other 2 were running back and forth from the counters to the back. So finally it was my turn and I pointed at the safety chain and asked for the price. She didn't even smile. She only told me the price and went back to cleaning or organizing, totally ignoring me. So I didn't bother to ask to try it on and I just left. I unwanted when leaving the store do I don't think I will return there.
