Had a gentlemen come and help pull my car out of a deep ditch after I slid on some ice. He was so kind, he even gave me some info on where I could replace my bumper due to the damages. Thankful for all the help!

So helpful and courteous! I've never been so impressed by a towing service! I just lived around the corner from where he boosted us, he offered to follow us home to make sure we made it okay. You guys are awesome, keep doing what you're doing.

Hope you don't need an insurance claim!Had them tow my car's.. employee was told by the boss to only do one at a time, but employee took both.. went full ahead at the tow bar- completely wrecking my front bumper as it pulled down the tow bar at a 45 degree angle.... Then the employee thought to do it a second time, I guess because he didn't comprehend the first time that the car was too low? He obviously didn't know I was watching because he got in his truck and drove off without telling me.All the while, the boss was notified within 2 mins of it happening, pictures taken and a promise to fix it.....Well a month later, he hadn't called insurance or made any attempt to pay for the damage caused, I had to threaten legal action. Just to get them to fix something THEY DID. The boss claims no responsibility for his employees actions, though they represent him just as much as if he did it personally. Terrible service.Also found out after, legally supposed to have signed something before towing? I didn't sign anything- so if you use them, have paperwork to cover you.

We used Glauer's for a bin rental and couldn't be more thrilled. On ordering the smallest bin they communication was constant and the delivery was dead on. Even better there was a mix up with the bins and we ended up receiving a larger bin. No problem from them on their end as they honored the lower price point. No fighting for it they gladly honored it. THIS NEVER HAPPENS THESE DAYS. Solid character, 5 stars would use again in a heartbeat.

I have used this towing service three times to haul vehicles to a garage for service when they would not operate.The last one was for a fuel pump replacement on a Mustang when it was due to come out of storage in the spring. Great care was taken while pulling it out of the storage shed not bump other equipment inside or the door frame. Care was also taken to ensure the low bottom of the spoiler on the front did not scrub while loading it on the flatbed hauler.I should also mention that it was a rainy spring day and the ground floor of the shop and yard were muddy so the owner got covered with mud while hooking the two chains on the Mustang to get it onto the flatbed. He did not want to get inside the car as a result and got me to take time to change into a clean pair of boots beside the car door on newspaper and then get inside to steer it while pulling it out of the shed. When unloading it he just let gravity roll it down the ramps while again checking to make sure the front did not scrub with the low clearances.
