PAYWAND Medical Centre - WALK-IN CLINIC AND FAMILY PRACTICE in Vaughan

If any clinic deserves 6 stars it's this one. Here is a clinic that truly cares about every patient and is so on the ball when it comes with time its amazing. All experiences with Dr. Paywandi and staff have been positive. Being a relatively new patient here and with negative experiences in the past with other clinics I was a little worried at first. However, I have nothing but positive things to say about PAYWAND Medical Centre. If you're on the fence with deciding to choose a new family doctor you will not regret coming here.

Doctor is good but customer service is whack, so rude, there is no need to be that disrespectful, I wish the lady who works Monday mornings is gone because she should be working somewhere she doesn’t even have to speak.

After realizing I needed to find myself a family doctor, I am very happy that I found Dr Paywandi. During my first appointments with him, he was very thorough and made sure to get my full medical history. The clinic is always clean and staff is friendly. Dr Paywandi never makes me feel like he is in a rush or has better things to do, he always lets me take my time to explain the reason for the phone call/visit. I went with my uncle to see Dr. Paywandi today for a scheduled appointment. My experience was just amazing. The place looked neat and so well organized. The receptionist was amazing, polite and kind. Dr. Paywandi was extremely kind, taking his time to speak to my uncle and answered any questions we had.Honestly, it is not just receiving care that is important, it is even more important how you receive the care. And they checked all the boxes for me.Thank you Dr. Paywandi and the staff!

Dr.P is patient, knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss my concerns. He always goes over and above! I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. He has been my GP for almost 4 years and we are lucky to have him. I was at a large teaching hospital clinic before him and he caught something they did not after 10 years with them. Dr. Paywandi and his team are very professional and not just great physicians but also very good listeners. They allow the patient take time and describe the full picture. They make decisions about the follow ups, referrals and further tests so wisely. They are health care providers that you can rely on.

Doctor Paywand is very understanding, patient and helpful. I have been living in Canada for 3 years, when I first came, he tried to explain everything to me with a translate even when I did not speak English. He is very professional and a very good doctor. I wish all doctors were like this. He helped me a lot even when I was feeling down. More than just a doctor. I am grateful

Today I took my mom to this clinic for the very first time. Despite being quite far from us, I was so impressed with the treatment we recieved, the drive became irrelevant. From the receptionist who surprised me by saying we could book an appointment on a Sunday instead of just walking in as I anticipated would be the case when calling on a Sunday afternoon, to the cleanliness of the facility, and finally the quality care from the practicing physicians. They really took the time to speak with my mom and listen to all of her concerns. Nothing about the appointment felt rushed (how often do you get to say that?). We also got a follow up appointment with the doctor who saw her, I cannot remember the last time a family/walk-in practice gave me a follow-up. This place is a gem, very excited to switch over to this clinic permanently.
