Lionheart Coin Laundry

My dryer went on the fritz so I came here being the closest laundromat to home and luckily it wasn't busy as half the washers and dryers were out of order and to boot in order to start one you need to deposit 50 cents. Never again.

Machine number 19 ate my $5, secondly the door wouldn't open and kept running in rinse mode non stop. I've heard other machines are malfunctioning,Dryer number 7 doesn't have high heat. This is what I've found out Feb 11th approx 7pm 2019.

Why everyone gave so many bad reviews. When for the first time I went there owner was cleaning and was very co operative.Some machines were not working and many were working too.Anyway 5 stars.

Nice and clean. No assistant on sight to offer help, most of the large washers were broken and the ones that was working did not rinse properly, clothes came out with lots of water still in them, had to manually wring them dry before putting in dryer and only 6 out of the 10 dryers worked.Don't think I will go back there. Sorry

drawer does not dry effectively, it took one hour to dry one quilt.

Avoid this place. Most of the machines are broken. The ones not marked as out of order usually steal your money. The cleaning lady is rude, she rushes you to get out of the way because she conveniently needs to clean where you are standing and watches the machines eat your money while she is gossiping with her coworker and not cleaning! I would have to be desperate to come here ever again!

Can’t get ahold of the people who own this junk. Always eats money, machines aren’t tended too. It ate 10$ in multiple machines today and ruined my child’s winter jacket in a regular wash, IT SHOULD BE COLD OR WARK NOT BOILING WATER. I truly urge this slum dog business owner to contact me.

was clean. that's about all I can say nice about this establishment. there were 2 people working there at the time I came to do laundry. they were extremely rude. they continued to stare at me the whole time. there was no where to sit. and had to basically stand in the corner and wait for your laundry. the owners need to work on thier customer service. I will definetly not return.

I've been using this place, it was great when it open 10 years ago. Owners change but not the equipment. Every year it gets worse.Now the change machine doesn't work so make sure to bring your own change.

My washer broke down at home so had to use the laundry mat a couple of times. More than half the washing machines are broken down. & 2 / 10 dryers don't work. The last dryer has no heat. Only air. The place is cleaned well though. And both times I've been in I have been fairly lucky enough that there was only really me in there. So I got to use whatever machines I wanted as it wasn't busy.There is no one usually attending this laundry mat. It is very basic. Only washers/ dryers, change machine and one laundry tub at back. Nothing to purchase. So be prepared and make sure you have all you need. And there is nothing to transfer your laundry to the dryer ( for example rolling carts) so make sure to bring your own baskets.Be careful as the green tape on the machines often mean that the machine is not working. I put change into a couple started the load and then it stopped or ate my change even though it said quarters only." Now I know just to completely avoid all the green tape.The thing that bothers me most is people often leave their clothes unattended in the machines then come back hours later. Not like 30 mins when the loads are complete but like 3 or more hours later. I've left my stuff to go for a coffee etc while it washes but I always set the timer on my phone so I know how long I can be."
