Food is very good, price is affordable but service could've been better.(Voted Best Middle-Eastern Restaurant 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 editions.Since 1986 Restaurant Boustan, has been serving up the exotic flavors of the Middle-East and Mediterranean in downtown Montreal.)

Absolutely terrible it says it’s open till 1am so I went to gym and planned to get there at 12:30 to eat since I have no food at home, after gym I got there at 12:30 and it’s completely closed and this isn’t the first time this happens I can’t trust this place anymore so sad why can’t places respect the hours they put up, if u guys was gonna close at 12:30 then let the public know so we don’t go there for nothing and be left hungry

I was not a fan of this place at all. We ordered one mix plate and one mix shawarma sandwich. The beef tasted burnt, the bread was too toasted to the point where it also tasted burnt. The salad that the plate comes with isn't a salad, it's coleslaw with 2 turnips on top. The chicken was the only thing that had good flavor but it was dry. The garlic sauce isn't traditional nude eastern garlic sauce, it was like a mayo and it didn't taste of garlic. this locations washroom was very gross and dirty. Overall I don't recommend. Just the plate, sandwich and drink was over $30.

The worst service I have ever received; pire service reçue.I tried calling them multiple times after I had placed an order on Uber to make them aware of a specification for the order and they picked up the phone, and then put it on the side, not even saying hello. When I hung up thinking it was an error, I tried calling again and kept going straight to a voicemail that isn’t even active. I called multiple times. I ended up cancelling my order and losing my money. For a restaurant that is a franchise and has many establishments, one would think that they have customer service at heart, especially if they’ve listed themselves with food ordering apps such as Uber. Thank God Uber was more helpful and proceeded to take the right action and reimbursed me for Boustan. Honestly, shame on you for the way you handle your customers; won’t be going there for Arabic food; much prefer Basha. And will definitely NOT recommend anyone going there unless they want bad customer service.

Ordered for the 1st time... everything was Delicious, well prepared. Thank you! Delivery was also great! A must try!I had an issue with the 2nd order but it was dealt with in a professional manner and was very satisfied with the outcome and Customer service. Thank you, again.

They are too busy filling door dash orders to serve clients at the counter. Then when you do finally get your order, because they forgot to fill it, you get the wrong order. Horrible, It will be my last time. They should take lessons from the Mascouche branch on how to serve clients and provide quality food. As you will see in the picture, it was as if they were serving hamburger instead of chunks of chicken.

Big fan since the Crescent days. So happy when they opened locations on Wellington in Verdun where I used to live and now on Sherbrooke st. East near my new place. Even happier when they expanded their vegetarian/vegan menu. Comfort take out fast food as its finest.
