Supplied all of our windows for our new home in Kelowna. Everything went well with order and installation. Problem is with customer service after install. We discovered seven of our widows had debris between the pains. The agreed to replace. We have been waiting for over 12 months. Next issue is we asked them to provide a price to replace a window with a screen window. Took two months for them to visit home to measure for quote. On several occasion they confirmed they would be there and did not show. Finally did show, we have been waiting for one month, still no quote.

If you need high quality windows and doors, Grand Openings is the only place you need to go. They are the best, but they are way too busy because of it.

Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to take their time to get you what you want. If you are looking for someone to go above and beyond, come here, they aren’t your local hardware store so don’t expect to walk out with a window but you will end up with a superior product and experience that will last decades.
