Fire alarm testing and false alarms constantly. There have been two nuisance alarms at 1AM and now 3AM on different days. The building is loud with construction noise and staff are rude and/or unhelpful.

Wow, what a spot! As part of a residential cleaning crew, we've visited all sorts of places, but this one was really something. Everything was top-notch, from the tidiness of the common areas to the smooth functioning of the elevators. The staff here made us feel like we were part of their team. Friendly, professional, and always with a smile on their faces. Our cleaner, Jake, even mentioned how enjoyable it was to work in such a well-maintained space. And let's not forget about the residents! You can tell they take pride in their homes, and it shows. Nothing beats a job where everyone values a clean and tidy environment. Hats off to this building – we can't wait to come back!

There’s too much construction still going on. Their systems are not in place and the management is not very helpful. The fire alarm testing happens so much and no one is trained to deal with problems I wouldn’t recommend moving in.

My experience as a new resident in this building has been nothing short of a nightmare. Choosing to move here has turned out to be the worst decision of my life. There are multiple significant issues that have made living in this building a complete disaster.Firstly, shortly after signing and finalizing my lease, I was informed about a mandatory parcel waiver. According to this policy, the building concierge will not accept any package on my behalf that is larger than 1 foot by 1 foot. This requirement has proven to be a major inconvenience, as it forces residents to be home at all times to receive their deliveries. If you happen to miss a delivery because it arrives earlier than scheduled or if you're not available, the building staff refuses to accept it. This policy is absurd and shows a lack of consideration for residents who have jobs or other commitments outside of their homes. It should have been clearly communicated before signing the lease, rather than being sprung on residents after the fact.Secondly, the frequency of fire alarm testing in this building is beyond reasonable. It seems like they carry out these tests an excessive four times every week. This level of testing is unnecessary, disruptive, and creates an atmosphere of constant interruption. If you work from home or value a peaceful living environment, I strongly advise against choosing this building as your residence. The management's disregard for residents' comfort and productivity is apparent through these excessive fire alarm tests.Thirdly, the elevator situation in this building is absolutely unacceptable. It is inconceivable that only one elevator operates for over 40 floors. This lack of sufficient elevator capacity leads to frustrating delays and crowded conditions. Waiting times can be excruciatingly long, particularly during peak hours. The management should address this issue promptly and provide residents with a more efficient and reliable elevator system. Finally, the maintenance responsiveness in this building is extremely disappointing. As a new resident, I have encountered issues with my washroom and requested assistance. However, it has been over seven weeks since I moved in, and the management has failed to address my complaints. The lack of attention to resident concerns reflects poorly on their commitment to maintaining a satisfactory living environment. In conclusion, my experience in this building has been an absolute horror. The mandatory parcel waiver, excessive fire alarm testing, insufficient elevator capacity, and poor maintenance responsiveness have collectively made living here a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering this building to think twice before making the same mistake I did.

It’s currently 1:12am and the fire alarm has been on for 10+ minutes. This is like the 5th fire alarm within the past 24 hrs and probably the 10th fire alarm this week. It’s excessive and highly inconvenient. I hope management can take swift action regarding this

It’s currently 3:20 AM and the fire alarm has been going for almost 1 hour already. This building is simply unbearable with its constant UNNECESSARY fire tests that do not give tenants any peace after their 1000th sound since moving into this building!!! And I am also amused by the fact when the concierge at the end of the finished test constantly says: “Thank you for your cooperation” .... There was no COOPERATION and none of us agreed to such terrible conditions!!!!

This condo is horrible. Fire alarm system is trash and going off so often… we have our ac not working for the last two month and no one came to fix it, even though we regularly send requests…

worst move in experience and annoying fire alarm testing. As a new tenant here for 4 weeks, I share the same frustration as stated in those 1 star comments. Cold concierge, complicated door and elevator systems, construction noise, and annoying fire alarm testing every week, I hope I would have been warned of these before I confirmed to take this place…Nevertheless, the view is nice.
