Best Western Plus Pitt Meadows Inn & Suites

Breakfast provided was very good. Mini suite was very comfortable. Would stay again.

I stayed in the junior suite and it was good. No issues with the room and the bed was good. I prefer a king size bed but I booked late so I didn’t get that(personal problem), but overall I like the hotel. I stayed for 3 nights, I’d definitely stay here again but this time in a king suite. The staff were okay, I also didn’t try their breakfast so I can’t review that aspect.

This is a really nice hotel in a central location, it’s very clean and the breakfast room is newly renovated. We come here every few months and have had a great stay every time.

I love this hotel. Especially rooms with a mountain view. Always fresh air, openable windows, nice breakfast is included, laundry on a site, outside pool and indoor hot tub.Always happy to stay here.Highly recommended.

Had a great stay here. Simple, clean, easy to find, friendly and helpful staff. Just what we needed.

Nicely renovated. Used our Airmiles to pay for room so that was a bonus. Our room was perfect for a family of 5. Two beds and pull-out sofa. Bathrooms were very nicely renovated. Breakfast was great - kids loved the automatic pancake maker in the breakfast room. Location is easy for driving in and out of. Some conveniences near by. We didn't try the pool, but outdoor pool looked nice. Hot tub was indoors and the room was way too stuffy. One front desk staff member was a little unwelcoming. But overall our stay was pleasant.

Tried to check in 1 hour early and was told I needed to pay for an extra night. I asked if I could just drop my bags off, and they said no.... I'm sorry, what?! So I have to leave a wedding part way through to come check in for 1 night? What a joke!

I've stayed at many BW hotels, and this was the worst, even compared to BW and BW+ hotels. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable to usual BW standards. However, the overall service did not meet even my lowest expectations, and they were actually guilty of false advertising. Upon arrival, they could not honour my room type reservation. Many other properties would instantly apologize and attempt to compensate in this circumstance, maybe by upgrading the room or a discount of some kind. Aside from a dismissive excuse regarding 'the system,' I was told to accept a lesser room. Secondly, they advertised both online and out front of the hotel full hot breakfast;" the breakfast was neither full nor hot. Hotel is starting to show age, rooms are fine and clean. My biggest issue is the breakfast.. Microwave Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, bread and muffins. Coffee is terrible. I only stay here because of the amenities across the street

Stayed here twice in the last week.1st time cleaning staff left old soap in the tub with half a bottle of shampoo. This time dirty plates were left in the drawer of the table between the two beds. Disgusting!!If your going to charge 200+ a night please have someone check the room to ensure it's actually clean.
