I recently worked with Claudia to secure a larger apartment for lease. Claudia made the process as simple and pain free as possible. Despite this only being a lease, Claudia was with me every step of the way to view potential homes right through to checking in on me after I moved in!Claudia is warm, kind and very personable. She will take the time to listen to you and help you get exactly what you are looking for!I highly recommend her whether you are buying, selling or just need a hand getting a new lease!

Claudia is amazing! Not only is she great at interior decorating (which helps with staging) but she put in a lot of work to get us what we wanted. She's honest, trustworthy and hardworking! She kept us informed every step of the way but was also was very realistic with us. We never felt rushed in any of our decisions and she is very up to date with the market. The day of closing, she worked with us for hours and made all the necessary phone calls and I can honestly say, she did all that she could and with very positive results. We have no regrets! I would highly recommend her!

Claudia has been by far the best real estate agent that we have used! She really cares and took the search very personally as if it were her own personal search. When we would submit a bid on a home she kept us up to date and would be on edge right beside us! She went above and beyond, constantly making sure we weren't missing listings on realtor.ca. Claudia was very patient with us and never pushed us into a house that didn't fit our needs. We dragged her half way across southern Ontario looking for the perfect home and if there was one more house that we wanted to see in the area, last minute, she showed it to us happily! This market is very difficult for buyer's agents and good listings are far and few between with lots of buyers. We looked at numerous houses and went into numerous multiple bids. Throughout the whole process Claudia kept us positive and optimistic. Eventually Claudia got us the perfect home that we love!! Claudia, thank you! You are an amazing agent! She went above and beyond for me. She was always able to see places with me and knew exactly what I was looking for. She would drive out of her way to meet with me and show me places that I was interested in. I never felt pressure that I had to put in an offer on the places we saw. She provided me with great support in guiding me on offers to put forth for places I was interested in and never made me feel like I had to have a higher bid if it was not in my budget. She is available to her clients around the clock and takes pride in the work she does. She started off as an agent and through this we have created a great friendship. I really enjoy my experience to deal with Claudia. She did provide me with some instructions that was well based on the real estate in the area. Claudia is very reliable.
