Mark was awesome from the first call. He actually listens to your entire situation and he advised me if I wanted to save money I could get disclosure myself, as well as realistic expectations for the outcome that ended up being 100% accurate. I retained him anyway in order to save me hours of time going to the courthouse and it was totally worth it. He got a dismissal of charges before even going to trial. Rates are reasonable and I like that he never over-promises or tries to 'scare' you in order to get your business, and only charges for as much work as necessary. He is very thorough and does the legwork to find precedent and negotiate in your defense. Professional and patient, I never felt rushed when talking to him, unlike the many other ticket fighters you will talk to. Please save your money and go to Mark or a similar paralegal who will see your case through personally and care about your individual case!

I used him to fight my traffic ticket recently. Fairly knowledgeable in his work as he used to be a prosecutor years ago. I am glad that he fought off my ticket without me even going through the trial. He brought some sound arguments to the prosecutor before the trial and they blinked and dropped my case.

My second time coming to Mark and he was thorough with the charge and a either win or loose case. He ask me what I worried most and I said points and conviction. He said I don't need to go to court that day. Very profession and straight forward. Thank you Anne and Mark Tam for helping me for in short notice. Very professional in defending your traffic tickets. Met with him for a first traffic ticket and he said my case might be a reduced fine / no or minimal demerit points or dismissal...will wait and see how it goes
