Anna did an excellent job in helping me out with a hearing aide. I had been having trouble communicating with my family and hearing the TV. I got a free hearing test done at Nex-Gen. Anna asked me questions regarding my hearing needs and helped me pick out a hearing aid without any high pressure sales. After I picked up the hearing aid, Anna gave me excellent customer service. She listened to my concerns and adjusted the hearing aids so they work perfectly without any background noise. I can now communicate with my family and watch TV. I can even hear the front door squeaking now, which I could not hear before.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Anna @ the Nexgen Surrey location to arrange for hearing aids for a young woman new to Canada. The experience was outstanding. Anna provided professional expertise, cultural sensitivity and holistic, genuine caring throughout the process.

Anna was very helpful in helping me navigate my hearing loss.she worked with me to make sure I had the right hearing aids and continues to answer all my concerns. The staff is very friendly.

I have been wearing hearing aids for the last 6+ years and although they were somewhat helpful, I was always disappointed with how many minor issues I had. Despite returning to the hearing clinic several times, I felt the goal was to fit me to the hearing aids, not the hearing aids to me. Then I met Ana at NecGen.What a joy to work with someone who clearly had my interest at heart. She worked tirelessly over the month to ensure my new devices worked the best they could for me. I can't say enough about how helpful and patient Anna is with trying to assist me with my hearing difficulties, and ongoing challenges. It is very scary to suddenly lose your hearing, and Anna's knowledge, caring and compassion shines through. I seem to have multiple causes for the hearing loss, and the solution is, and has not been, an easy one. As a nurse, hearing is essential for me to be able to continue to work, and I have been very impressed with the effort to utilize different devices, and different techniques, to improve my ability to hear. It can also be a very lonely world feeling shut off from normal social communications, and now at least I am still able to participate in most situations with my hearing aids and remote microphone. I also wanted to add that Katrina is one of the most helpful office assistants I have ever met, and is always polite, engaging and efficient in arranging any follow up appointments.

Purchase, and follow up visits are excellent. Anna is knowledgeable and has answered all of questions. I made the right choice.

She made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had both before and after testing.I can’t believe how many sounds I was missing in my daily life and what I was missing.I would highly recommend Anna and her team. The manager audiologist, Anna and her staff were all friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed some advice to pair my computer with my hearing aids. Anna explained the procedure to me and even helped me out with some free supplies. Well done.
