Cascade Parkade (Public Parking)

Pure scam. Just saw a movie and parking was $21.

Don’t park here, if for no other reason than it’s bafflingly hard to get into or out of by foot or car. And it’s not 24 hours, remotely.We didn’t take the little ticket with the entry code with us and all the doors were locked by the time we got back to the garage (not that late, like 9:30 PM).First, lots of locked doors on the way out the first time; went through several floors and locked doors. Took about 15 minutes to get out.Later, we had to social-engineer our way in by seeing someone take a smoke break from a random restaurant and asking him to let us in the parkade. None of the nearby establishments know the code (maybe it’s one-time?), even the restaurant in the same building we ate in.Finally, getting out with the car was a head-scratcher; the overhead gate is apparently only motion-activated, and paying the other gate was pointless because it’s fixed in the open position after 9… or something.Oh and it was like $14 CAD for like 2 hours.0/5 just park farther out of town and save yourself the time and hassle.

Good place to park. Easy access.

No longer free parking

No problem finding space.

Nice parking garage, dimly lit with 3 levels of free parking. Easy access entrance to the mall. Suitable for those in a wheelchair. Nice and spacious hallways.There’s 1 elevator that takes you up and down the levels. Air conditioned and heated hallways makes the transition into the mall a comfortable one.I noticed a vacuum cleaner in the corner, not sure if this is useable or not.
