I had appointment today @ 9:30am. I called 9:25 I said I am parking. I was there 9:37 panting because I didn't know they moved the address. The receptionist turned me around and said they got the next person. Explain to me how you can get the next person. I said well give the spot from the person who got my spot. She didn't. I took time off my work and get there waiting 2 months. Who does that. What type of a person are you? I am finlling a complaint. I will not let this go!!!! I left in tears.I am telling you the receptionist is rude and insensitive. Your location is dealing with cancer patients. This is not the way you deal with patients

I referred for doing my screening Mammography and they canceled my appointment without any appology or explanation and gave me another one.I was really frustrated about this kind of irresponsibly.

Excellent service, from the booking to the screening. It was my first time Breast Screening and they are very professional and kind. The instruction is clear and I feel relax.

Having had any mammograms over my 74 yearsThis was the the worst Rushed and poorly fixed on machineWe will see the resultsWould suggest you use another clinic
