Fast Track Indoor Karting

Fantastic place! Would recommend and also be back. Staff was attentive, karts seemed to be in great working order. My only suggestion would be to increase the driving age on the adult track. I like to go fast and there were kids on my race!

My son had an awesome birthday party here. The kids had so much fun they didn’t want to stop racing. The party room was big and suited our needs, all the staff was really helpful and friendly, would recommend for sure!

Very well run, great for families or buddies going out to prove their skills! Cars were in great shape and the course was a blast. Everything is timed and you can compare your best laps with all the other racers. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

What a joke. Booked 2 races starting at 5pm for our anniversary. Showed up at 4:30 as stated on reservation. Got assigned carts then got kicked out our carts because they messed up the numbers. Then told because they other people showed up late we were bumped to later races. Explained we had dinner reservations. They did absolutely nothing for us. To get a refund we have to email GM. They would even refund us while there. Will never be going back

Had fun in the first race but in the second, I was stopped for no reason in the last lap which is the best one, so I got 2 laps less than everyone else. They didn't even explain why I was stopped in the first place which completely ruined my night.Staff also were not even following the rules didn't even tell me to put my seat belt on almost forgot to but luckily remembered thay also didn't care if I even had my helmet on properlyThay also used the stop way to often which ruined the experience.The place is great but it's the employee's that completely ruined the experience.

This is a popular race track that features electric go karting (less smells) and a smaller track for children. You can make a reservation, which is definitely recommended as it can get busy with group functions and parties. When you come in you need to register first and then visit the front counter to pay for your races. I believe two races came to around $50 or so so it definitely does cost a bit for a relatively short experience. The staff aren’t overly professional and the ones running the tracks didn’t really lead me to feeling comfortable or safe. And they also do not offer any balaclava’s. They only have hairnets so I would recommend bringing your own if you have one/or bring your own certified helmet. I also noticed that they have a party or birthday room, which is kind of nice for a kids function. They lead you into the video room where you’re supposed to watch the safety procedure, but there are no actual stuff inside making sure that this is being watched when I had gone to another Gocart company in Richmond it was mandatory that the staff was providing this information to us, and that people were understanding it. I know it seems a bit of a moot point however, I think safety is still a concern because you are riding with other strangers and not just your group if you are unlucky, so it’s good to know that everyone is respecting the rules.

It was the worst ran establishment I have ever been to. I watch a safety video about what your not supposed to do and if it is done certain flags will be raised. I had two employees on there phone while other drivers were ramming me off the course. I felt so unsafe and when I brought it to staff’s attention nothing was done about it. It just kept happening for the whole race time. I also noticed two male staff goofing off with each other and no care of what was going on. I got upset and said something and all one staff could do is tell me that my next race which was only for daughter as I was not going to attend was canceled as I expressed my concerns. A female staff was so polite and listened to my concerns and said would I like to talk to management and I said yes but no one came. He did allow my daughter to race but he was very disrespectful to me in front of everyone who was waiting for there rude. I will be going further with my complaint
