Horrible and rude customer service. Treated me bad and asked me to leave the store cuz I wanted to buy a hamster.Very overpriced. I asked them a question and they were really rude. Petsmart is way better.

They took back a barker controll collar no problem! My dog recently died and I had no yse for the collar.

Took my bird in for nail trim and wing clipping. His nails were barely touched, underneath his wings his feathers have started falling out in chunks (it isn't like him losing his feathers during molting) took him to the vet and were told his wings were cut very wrong and he's in a lot of pain. I'm very upset that my little baby is in pain, I will not be coming her again.

Excellent, knowledgeable and super friendly staff!!! The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because it's expensive in there. We should maybe get a certain percentage off for buying so much! Lol Great job staff at Perland!!!

Terrible customer service and rude. Also asked ridiculous personal questions about my house and what I was planning on doing with the animal. I was planning on adopting the thing, also very reluctant to provide assistance to my family multiple times. Maybe it’s because I’m indigenous. Last time my family goes to pet land for any kind of animal care, assistance, or adoptions.

Good availability of products and friendly staff. The cat litter program they offer is a really great deal and definitely something all cat owners should take advantage of. The only thing is I find most prices of other things are really high.

Love brining the kids here, open concept of handling animals is nice. Cat play room, decent options for starter fish, good food brands, prices are competitive. Washrooms have change tables, they offer birthdays for a decent price.Lots of parkingStaff are niceWe will keep shopping here and visiting
