Ruffin' It Dog Walking

I’m such a big fan of Byron & Erin. They took the initial time to get to know my timid pup and it’s made the world of difference. My dog has been afraid of her previous walkers, and especially all men, but Byron carefully gave her treats and attention so now she jumps into his arms and car to get her 3x a week walk in. Byron and Erin have always answered my (probably sometimes excessive) questions about my pup happily and quickly at all hours and have been flexible with schedule changes. Totally recommend Ruffin’ it for your east end dog walks with your beloved best friend!

We are so grateful for Erin and the Ruffin’ It team. We have a high maintenance little Frenchie and Erin goes out of her way to accommodate him. When we think about the characteristics we look for when choosing someone to look after Remy, reliability, expertise and care are at the top of our list – Erin has each of these in spades. Rain or shine or whatever obstacles are in her way, she always makes sure he gets his walk so we don’t need to worry about him. Erin has a deep understanding of what our guy needs and always makes sure he is safe and healthy. And lastly, she cares for him and genuinely takes an interest in his wellbeing. Byron and Erin are awesome! My dog gets so excited whenever they come pick her up for her walk and comes back exhausted for the rest of the afternoon. They are incredibly accommodating and make sure everything from pick up, to drop off, is perfect, including making sure my very large mastiff is fully cleaned off from the park before coming back home.

Byron and Erin are incredible! They take such good care of the dogs they walk and our pup truly loves them - he's overjoyed every time Byron comes to pick him up for his walk. Both Byron and Erin are super easy to work with, communicative and you can tell they truly care about the dogs they walk.

Bryon and Erin are amazing!Our crazy puppy Kodi has loads and loads of energy. Byron does everything he can to tire Kodi out, and he comes home happy and exhausted. Ruffin' It Dog Walking exceeded my requirements and went beyond my expectations for excellent customer service, exemplary treatment of my dog and superior customer service. I was in a bind and Byrone helped me out and took care of all my concerns, demonstrating mature and professional treatment of my needs and those of my canine soulmate. Erin is incredible! We have a rescue who can take time to get comfortable with new people. Erin was patient, understanding and so helpful in building his confidence. Now he loves their walks but most importantly her treats. I highly recommend!

It has been a true pleasure to have Byron and Erin provide walks for our dog. Their communication and flexibility is amazing and Bob (our dog) has so much fun spending time with them too. He comes home full of energy followed by a long nap which is a nice sign that he is getting lots of great exercise. We highly recommend Byron and Erin!

Our 2.5 year old Frenchie Remy became a bit of a handful on pack walks, so after a year of solo adventures with a different dog walker, we were worried about having him start up again with another pack. On a neighbour's glowing recommendation, we checked out Erin and Byron to see if we could reintroduce pack walks to our high-energy guy. Erin and Byron surpassed our expectations and more. They are extremely attentive to Remy's needs, while making sure his new found best buds were also comfortable with the addition. Erin and Byron are always flexible, and very mindful of weather, group dynamics and schedules. Remy loves them like he loves us, and waits at the top of our stairs every day for his outing with anticipation. We can't recommend Ruffin' It enough -- Erin and Byron have become as much a part of our family as Remy is, and we are so grateful for them!
