WECAN CKI invited Rob to give a wellness presentation to our club members at our annual Fall Rally event. He spoke to students from universities across Western Canada about the ways they can reduce stress and anxiety within their daily lives. We were very impressed with Rob’s presentation; his speech was engaging, interesting and he was able to form a genuine connection with our members. Rob's presentation received very positive feedback from our club members, as they appreciated the easy to implement advice. Rob did a fantastic job approaching wellness and tailoring his speech to deal with the specific needs of students. We hope to have him present again next year!

As a Safety Manager, I have worked personality with Rob as he provides our First Aid training. In the course he touches briefly on the topic of human wellness and I was very intrigued by his teachings. Our company has met with Rob, we hope to do more business with him on the wellness side plus continue to work with his company for first aid training. Rob and his team are fun and make this type of learning a lot more interesting. He is a kind person who has gone through many of the topics he discusses. If you or you company can use Rob’s services take a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

Rob put on a wellness seminar at the high school where I formerly taught. It was extremely well received by those in attendance, and it was very helpful in allowing me to learn new stress management strategies. Highly recommended!
