I took my kids to this place to buy some rolled Ice Cream. The store was clean. The ice cream scooper was friendly and helpful (you can feel that he is enjoying his job ) . the rolled ice cream was delicious and consistant

We just happen to be in the neighborhood and I saw this place for the first time and decided to treat my young daughter to an ice cream, yes I know it's -20° c but we are Canadian right? Well we go in and the shop is brightly lit and very clean and we are greeted by the friendly staff. Since I have never been in here before, I had to look at the menu and they were very helpful explaining what they do how they make it and it was quite intriguing actually. We decided on some flavors and toppings and then they were off to make our ice cream. It's a pretty cool process if you get my pun, they put the liquid on the grill they flatten it out and add the flavors and after a little bit of chopping and mixing they make it into a square shape and cut it into four equal strips, once that's done they take their scrapers at an angle and push it up the grill to form an angled roll. Once this is done they take the rolls out and put them into little cup add sprinkles and a spoon, seems fairly simple but the end result is a very tasty homemade frozen dessert that is very pleasing on the ice and especially on the palate. This has to be one of my daughter's favorite ice creams and after tasting it I have to say mine too. There was a mix-up on our order and the staff corrected it immediately and in a very friendly Manor. I think scoop and roll is a very nice change in the Frozen confectionery. While they have the traditional soft serve ready to go at any time, getting this custom frozen dessert is worth waiting for believe me and I highly recommend this location for the staff is very professional and positive towards the customer. My husband and I absolutely love this place. Our new date night spot for the summer. The ice cream is so flavourful and the texture is to die for. Will definitely be coming back again.

Nice place to get a roll of ice cream" the staff taking the order is very attentive and makes good suggestions. The ice cream being flattened on a very cold surface and rolled makes a for a good show. Even though it was cold outside the ice cream melted quicker though. But overall a good experience."

Outrageously good!Service is very friendly and fast. Really nice atmosphere.It takes a little extra time to make rolled ice cream so make sure you are not up against a hard deadline. It will take a couple of minutes to make it.But you will not be disappointed.I go almost everyday now.

Took the fam for some ice cream and it was a five star experience all around. Lots of combinations of flavours you can choose and a unique way to enjoy ice cream. The take out boxes are pretty cool, and should be able to keep your ice cream in tact for your ride home, or you can enjoy the ice cream in store or on the benches outside. Staff was great and the kids enjoyed watching them make the ice cream rolls.

SOOOOOO GOOD!! Great place great staff and the rolled ice cream is simply AMAZING!! I drive from the West side of Edmonton to have the ice cream at this particular store. Highly recommended!!

Legit love Moe, came in with my youth a few times and he has a smile that lights the entire room. He is very quick with our order and super friendly. This place is always quick and kind!

First time we tried scoop and roll . I had vegan matcha with brownie and Carmel and my daughter had vegan mango with mango and cookie dough. Amazing !!! Very nice place with lots of options.
