There were a few people in line and two employees in the store. They served those customers. When I got to the front of the line, they asked me to please use the kiosk since they were too busy. They didn't offer for me to wait. I guess they don't need my business because they are too busy". Went elsewhere."

Waited in line only to be told to go order at the kiosk. Won’t bother waiting in their line again. Went for orange Julius instead.

We tried caramel machiato and pina colada with mango chunks. If you like pineapple and coconut, pina colada is a good choice. I didn’t expect for caramel machiato because they made the drink by coffee powder, but it balanced enough coffee flavour, sweetness and creaminess.

Super glad that they now have a store in Pen Centre! The menu seems to be the same like other locations and they also have the self-serve kiosk. The Mango Diamond Slush with homemade tapioca, freshly cut mango chunks already included is the best, and their Taro sherbet is also really good! The staff was super friendly and I barely had to wait

The durian in our smoothies might have gone bad. The taste was weird. We ordered less sugar but it was definitely tasteless. After 20’ we drank, we both felt upset in the stomach. Note: we have ordered durian smoothies from real fruit many times, but from the fairview mall location, not the one in Pen. Disappointed and waste of money (durian smoothie is not cheap at all)

How dare you with only four customers in line tell me to use the kiosk. I'm a very patient customer and I would have had no problems with your employees simply telling me sorry we're a little busy it'll be an extra moment I would have said okay but no we're busy go to the self-serve kiosk. I ended up walking over to Orange Julius waiting about 5 minutes for a wonderful drink
