Westend Dental Clinic in Winnipeg

I do like Dr. Majewski, he seems to care about teeth. For me it's been one of those situations where the staff is the issue.I understand they are a business too, however I feel I've not been heard clearly by reception, and assistants were difficult to communicate with. People can sense when they are welcome.In my mentioning certain health concerns I have for their information, staff went on to talk about their own lives. This was disappointing as it has much to do with dental appointments.

I wouldn’t return. The receptionist was rude and the dentist seemed very uninterested in helping me and answering my questions. I did not feel welcome as a POC, and wouldn’t suggest any of my friends or family there.Edit: How does that excuse the treatment I received upon my first visit? Right.I’ll reiterate— stay away if you are a person of colour. There are a lot of other dental offices in the area that are kind and treat you with respect. Best of luck!

First time going to this clinic,great experience from start to finish super friendly people and great dentist

I've gone to west end dental since age of 2, great staff, very friendly, professional, warming and very educated. Both of my children have now gone, and will continue to go to west end dental ☺️

The staff here are wonderful! Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and looked after. The receptionist is incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hygienist that I had (Jade) is super sweet. She communicates everything she’s doing, is very gentle, and constantly making sure you’re comfortable. The dentist I had (Dr Tran) was equally as wonderful and knowledgeable. The clinic is small but very modern, and staff are very safe in following covid protocol! Overall wonderful experience.

Very thankful for the service and attention I have received at this office by Dr Tran, Dr. Majewski, and all the wonderful staff. The office is also very clean which I really appreciate.

I've had a great experience so far. The staff is friendly, good location, no shoes on the carpet, the whole office is inviting. Creating a treatment plan has been completely transparent and educational. This is a business that is proud to offer great service, I'm happy to say I'll be coming back... Hopefully not too often.

Professional and friendly staff. I had a wisdom tooth extraction here and it went very well. Always a pleasure to come here for my routine check ups.

I was terrified to have any work done on my teeth because of my awful experiences with my previous dentist who would never give me enough local anesthetic to numb the area worked on.After going to Dr. Majewski for my first time yesterday, he made my experience so calming and at ease. He explained the entire process for me and was actually able to save my tooth with a filling instead of removing it. Right off the bat he gave me 4 syringes of local anesthetic to the area worked on and I felt absolutely NOTHING!! It was amazing, I could’ve sat there comfortably for hours and would not have complained. He was so gentle with my teeth and mouth.I have to mention that the assistant also played relaxation music softly over the TV and it helped me so much.I’m bringing my entire family to switch over to Westend Dental because what an amazing experience!!
